About the Role

As a Site Installation Coordinator, you’ll be a crucial part of our projects, ensuring the smooth, high-quality execution of installations across multiple commercial sites in Victoria. Reporting to the Installations Manager, you’ll coordinate a network of skilled subcontractors, manage client relationships, and oversee every stage of the installation process, with attention to detail from site measurements to final handover.

Key Responsibilities of the role:

· Plan, coordinate, and oversee site installations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

· Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

· Conduct detailed site assessments, accurately measure and validate project requirements, and address any technical challenges.

· Ensure strict compliance with WHS and company standards, promoting a safe, efficient work environment.

· Coordinate stock, fixings, and logistics to guarantee seamless installations.

· Maintain precise records and documentation to track project progress and ensure client satisfaction.

· Actively support continuous improvement initiatives alongside the Installations Manager, driving efficiencies and innovation.
