We are looking for an experienced and passionate chef with the ability to work in a fast paced environment, to join our team. We are a Greek restaurant located in Oakleigh, with Mediterranean cuisine and we have a variety of dishes.

The ideal candidate will be working close with the head chef in a large brigade and the rest of the kitchen staff and will be responsible for preparing, cooking the dishes and for maintaining the kitchen clean and organised. Also will have an input in menu buildup.

- Adhere to the prescribed menu for dish prepartion.
- Contribute to and collaborate on inventive culinary concepts.
- Keep abreast of customer preferences to tailor dishes accordingly.
- Strictly follw recipes and cokking standards to ensure top-notch output.
- Organize and ready essential ingredients and tools for culinary tasks.

- Uphold a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
