Position: Full-Time Child Care Worker
Location: Currumbin Waters, QLD
Salary: $73,150 to $75,000

Currumbin Pines Early Learning Centre of Excellence is seeking a dedicated Child Care Worker to join our passionate team of educators. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an EXCEEDING early childhood setting committed to high-quality, collaboration, and care.

About the role:
You will play a key role in supporting children’s daily routines, learning experiences, and overall well-being in a safe and inclusive environment. Working collaboratively with educators and families, you will help foster each child’s social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Key responsibilities:
• Prepare materials and equipment for learning and play
• Support children’s social development and positive behaviour
• Conduct and participate in engaging educational activities
• Read, play, and interact with children to stimulate development
• Supervise daily routines and hygiene practices
• Promote a safe, respectful, and stimulating environment

What we are looking for:
✔ Certificate III (or higher) in Early Childhood Education and Care
✔ Minimum 1 year of experience in an early learning setting
✔ Sound understanding of the NQF and EYLF
✔ Positive communication and strong teamwork skills
✔ Current Blue Card
✔ Valid First Aid and CPR Certification
✔ Fluent in English
