Clinic Manager – Moreton ATSICHS

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for delivering culturally responsive healthcare? We're looking for an experienced and values-driven Clinic Manager to oversee the delivery of comprehensive primary health care services at Moreton ATSICHS, aligned with the IUIH Model of Care.

About the Role
As the Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of our health clinic, ensuring the delivery of efficient, effective, and culturally safe primary health care services. You will lead a multidisciplinary team and oversee clinic performance, administration, financial operations, and care quality.
Key responsibilities include:
- Drive performance and service delivery in line with the IUIH Model of Care and KPIs.
- Lead and support a multidisciplinary team in delivering holistic and culturally appropriate care.
- Coordinate seamless client care through effective care planning, case management, and recall systems.
- Manage logistics including vaccine ordering, cold chain compliance, and disposal in line with IUIH protocols.
- Coordinate visiting Specialist Medical and Allied Health Services.
- Maintain a strong focus on continuous quality improvement, safety, and community engagement.
About You
You are a natural leader and experienced health professional with a passion for equity and community wellbeing. You bring strong operational and interpersonal skills, and thrive in a team-focused, client-first environment.
Essential requirements:
- Current C Class Driver’s Licence (QLD)
- Current Working with Children Clearance (Blue Card)
- Current Disability Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
- Current Criminal History Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current CPR Certificate
