We are seeking an experienced full-time Practice Manager to join our busy General Practice.

Our doctor owned and operated mixed-billing practice is situated over two sites at Landsborough and Mooloolah Valley in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland. 13 doctors currently practice across our 2 sites, supported by a strong nursing and reception team. We pride ourselves on our practice culture and are looking for someone who will thrive in our team environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Practice Manager in a General Practice setting. Whilst candidates with other relevant experience will be considered, current knowledge of the Medicare system and the general practice accreditation process is a must.

The successful candidate will have excellent skills in leadership, communication, time management, human resources, problem solving and the ability to work autonomously.

This is a full time position, with a remuneration package starting from $90,000p.a. plus statutory super. A dedication to self-improvement and ongoing professional development is encouraged, with paid professional development leave (and associated educational allowance) available.
