The Opportunity
As part of an exciting growth phase, this newly created Brisbane-based role offers the chance to take ownership of client relationships, build on an existing pipeline, and make a real impact. You’ll be joining a high-performing team that values autonomy, professional development, and results.

You’ll be hands on from day one – structuring deals, assessing applications, and taking them through to settlement. It’s a role with real variety, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast paced, client focused environment.

Your Key Responsibilities:

· Build and nurture relationships with clients, lenders and referral partners

· Drive new business opportunities and contribute to growth in the Brisbane market

· Manage finance applications end-to-end

· Assess financials and tailor solutions to client needs

· Conduct client meetings and finalise contracts

· Keep systems up to date and manage deal progress in the CRM

· Attend training and national events (occasional travel)

About You

You’re confident, motivated, and ready for the next step in your finance career. You’ll bring:

· 3 + years in finance broking

· Excellent interpersonal skills and a solutions-focused mindset

· Strong understanding of financial documents and lending processes

· Experience with CRMS and digital tools

· A valid driver’s licence

· A degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce (preferred, not essential)
