We are seeking a Solicitor or Associate with between 1 and 4 years PAE to join their growing banking and finance practice in Brisbane. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality legal services to clients, working closely with Senior Lawyers and Partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and representation to clients in corporate and property finance transactions.
• Assist in advising on pre-insolvency restructuring and work-outs, and providing pre-enforcement strategies to financial institution clients.
• Manage client relationships with major Australian banks, financial institutions, and large private clients.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and client submissions.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with colleagues on complex legal issues and contribute to team projects.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Admitted as a solicitor in Australia with 1 to 4 years PAE.
• Knowledge and experience in corporate and property finance transactions.
• Excellent analytical, research, and drafting skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
