About the role

Eminence Finance Group is seeking an experienced Finance Broker to join our team on a contract basis.

This opportunity is well-suited for self-employed professionals seeking to operate their own business with structured guidance and oversight, while benefiting from uncapped income potential.

As a Finance Broker, you will be responsible for assisting customers with securing the best possible mortgage and loan products to meet their financial needs. This is a remote role, with the option to work from our office located in Wollert, VIC.

What you'll be doing

Providing expert advice and guidance to customers on a range of mortgage and loan products

Assessing customer financial situations and requirements to recommend suitable loan options.

Liaising with lenders and other stakeholders throughout the application process

Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience

Maintaining detailed records and documentation

Continuously expanding your knowledge of the mortgage and lending industry

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Finance Broker or Mortgage Consultant

Strong understanding of the mortgage and lending industry, including different loan products and lender requirements

Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information in a clear and concise manner

Highly organised and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills

Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team

Relevant industry qualifications, such as a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking or equivalent
