About the role

The Payroll & Finance Administration role maybe done remotely, preference for Perth or Sydney so that you may also work at a Fusion office. This is a .8 part-time position (or fulltime), salary offered will be depending on experience and qualifications.

The role is offered as an initial 2-year contract, NFP salary packaging is also applicable for this role.

Key responsibilities:

Payroll Processing

Process end to end payroll for approx. 150 employees on a timely and accurate basis, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and Fusion policies.

Assist to manage and maintain employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and changes in employment status (in Employment Hero)

Administer and reconcile employee leave entitlements, including annual leave, personal leave, and long service leave.

Process payroll adjustments and corrections as needed.

Manage superannuation funds for employees, and quarterly lodgement and payment of superannuation returns

Finance Administration

May include:

Accounts payable, including data entry of invoices, credit notes, adjustments, reconciliation and ensuring payments are correct and on time

Processing accounts receivable, cash collection and debtor management

Processing employee reimbursements
