Role: As a Trainee Sales Administrator you will be learning to prepare quotations and deliver projects within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

· Learn how to prepare quotes based on simple project information (e.g., door schedules or floor plans) during tender phases.

· Assist in organizing and maintaining project files, including contracts and plans.

· Help track changes to projects and support with invoicing tasks.

· Work with the team to identify and resolve basic project issues.

· Ensure tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards with guidance from senior team members.

· Communicate with customers and suppliers to build good relationships.

· Assist with processing returned items and managing stock.

· Provide friendly customer service via phone, email, and in person.

· Support the team with meeting deadlines and keeping tasks on track.

· Help with stocktake and general office duties as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

· Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

· Basic time management skills and ability to stay organized.

· A proactive attitude and enthusiasm for solving problems.

· Comfortable working on a computer; familiarity with Microsoft Excel is a bonus but not required.

· Eager to work as part of a team and support others.

· Focused on providing great service to customers and coworkers.

· Open to learning about construction projects and product knowledge over time.
