About the Role
This position is perfect for a mum, carer, or anyone looking to fit meaningful work into school-friendly hours. You will be the first point of contact for customers — whether on the phone, online or in-person — helping them with product enquiries, processing orders, and supporting general admin tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and assist customers with product enquiries
Process phone, email, and online orders accurately and efficiently
Provide friendly and professional customer service
General office and admin support as needed
Conduct Health checks with existing customers and inquire if they need to reorder stock.
What We’re Looking For
Prior sales or customer service experience (preferred)
A confident communicator who enjoys helping others
Comfortable using basic computer systems (XERO, ERP, Excel, email, etc.)
Reliable, organised, and proactive
A team player with a positive attitude
