About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Co-ordinator to join our clients dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that customer orders are delivered in full and on time, upholding our commitment to customer service excellence, safety, and business profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure goods are safe, secure, and fit for transport.

Generate accurate dispatch documentation.

Book couriers with consideration for cost-efficiency and service level requirements.

Communicate transport delays and issues to the appropriate stakeholders.

Ensure dispatch paperwork is clear and accurate for seamless delivery and customer clarity.

Upload freight information into the ERP system for easy access to PODs.

Maintain accurate filing of warehousing and transport documentation.

Collaborate with the project management team to coordinate site deliveries per customer requirements.

Update and manage project tracking spreadsheets.

Analyze freight costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Support training of new team members as needed.

Coordinate warehouse and transport issues with relevant stakeholders.

Uphold high standards of housekeeping and workplace organization.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in logistics, supply chain, or a similar role.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
