We are currently seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Medical Receptionist / Practice Co-Ordinator to join our friendly team supporting a Specialist Doctor. This position reports to the Practice Manager / Specialist and offers an exciting opportunity to work in a modern and innovative healthcare environment. Our state-of-the-art clinic, located in North Brisbane, provides on-site parking and a supportive team culture.

Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of the practice's operations, including patient bookings, organising clinics inventory management and theatre scheduling.

Engage with patients in a warm and friendly manner, utilizing your excellent interpersonal skills to create a positive and welcoming clinic environment

Act as the primary point of contact for patients, handling enquiries and resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner.

Support the practice manager in general administrative tasks, aiding in managing patient records, scheduling appointments and correspondence

Ability to priorities tasks allocated and respond in a timely manner

Experience in Clinic to Cloud software will be preferred
