We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team at Slacks Creek as a Casual Internal Logistics and Workshop Coordinator. This role plays a crucial part in our operations, focusing on efficient stock management and coordination between our workshops and showrooms.

Key Responsibilities:

· Receive and accurately enter incoming stock into our system.

· Serialise all incoming stock items.

· Coordinate daily stock transfers from our workshop to relevant showrooms.

· Monitor stock levels across multiple store locations and organise inter-store transfers as needed.

· Manage paperwork for changeovers and ensure returned stock is properly processed.

· Act as the liaison between the sales, service, and workshop departments.

· Respond to internal enquiries from all departments.

· Perform data entry tasks using various software systems.

While prior experience is not required, the ideal candidate will possess:

· Strong organisational and multitasking skills

· A proactive, solution-focused mindset

· Confidence in using computers and navigating multiple software platforms

· Clear and effective communication skills

· Ability to work quickly and maintain high accuracy under pressure

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday | 9:30am – 2:30pm
No weekend work required
