Mount Sylvia Fresh, a distinguished third-generation grower in the fruit and vegetable industry, is actively seeking a proficient Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the Lockyer Valley.

Position Overview:

The Logistics Coordinator will play a pivotal role in coordinating daily dispatches, aligning operations with Crust Farms, and contributing to overarching goals alongside our Managing Director. Key responsibilities include:

Coordinating dispatch of received orders

Managing label printing seamlessly

Ensuring timely completion of all ordering and scheduling deadlines

Collaborating with transport partners for efficient delivery of produce

Providing ad hoc support to the broader team as needed

Key Skills and Attributes:

Demonstrated initiative and exceptional attention to detail

High proficiency in computer literacy, particularly Excel, Agricultural Software Packages, and Outlook

Accurate and meticulous documentation recording skills

Understanding of OH&S/WHS

Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities

Effective time management and adaptability to change

Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills

Clear and concise communication

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 25-40 hrs/week
