WOW Recruitment is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our client in Queanbeyan, ACT. You’ll be joining one of the largest wholesale suppliers of metal roofing and building products.
We’re seeking enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about customer service to help us drive success in our newest location.

• $130k - $150k + Super + Comms + Company Car
• Flexible working arrangements: In-office or on the road visiting clients
• Full-time position with an immediate start!

What you’ll do:

As a key member of our team, you’ll be responsible for:

• Developing and maintaining growth strategies and plans
• Meeting and exceeding sales and profitability targets
• Expanding the client base while managing existing relationships
• Gaining in-depth knowledge of business products and value propositions
• Identifying business strengths and customer needs
• Researching new business opportunities and income streams

What you’ll bring:

• 3-5 years of sales experience in construction or building supplies
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding targets
• A valid Australian Driver’s License
• Willingness to travel across Queanbeyan/ACT for new business and client visits
