Sydney Plant Services is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Business Development Manager to join the team.

The successful candidate will represent the company in promoting the continued growth and development in the mobile crushing space.

- Full-Time minimum 40 hours per week

- Salary $150,000 + super

- Experience required: Bachelor Degree and minimum 2 years work experience required.

Job Objective:

Representing the company in promoting the continued growth and development of its mobile crushing footprint.

Job Tasks and Duties:

Achieve the sales, profit, and growth targets.

Develop and improve the customer service proposition to support the brand strategy.

Implement specification/sales strategies to achieve both long- and short-term goals.

Executing marketing & promotional plans.

Deliver professional product/system presentations to customers.

Supply tender development, presentation, and management.

Provide product/system specifications.

Develop and foster working relationships with key customers.

Manage, maintain, and grow a portfolio of main accounts.

Provide market intelligence/feedback on required new product development and product enhancements.
