Your Opportunity

This is an initial 3-month contract with the potential to become permanent for the right person. Based in Bundamba with onsite parking and walking distance to public transport, this role offers flexible start and finish times to suit your schedule.

You'll be joining a small, friendly team in a well-structured workplace, where your support and attention to detail will be highly valued. If you enjoy balancing reception duties with back-office admin support, and thrive in an organised and collaborative office, this is a great opportunity for you.

This position is fully onsite, Monday to Friday, with standard hours of 8:00am-4:00pm but as mentioned there is flexibility around start/finish.

Key Responsibilities:

As the Reception & Administrative Support Officer, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors and provide essential support across office operations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming and directing visitors and clients.
  • Managing incoming phone calls (10-15 per day).
  • Monitoring and triaging a shared email inbox (approx. 150 emails per day).
  • Processing email submissions and ensuring information is actioned accurately.
  • Supporting order tracking and basic data entry.
  • Assisting with general administration tasks: filing, photocopying, scanning.
  • Maintaining shared areas including reception and kitchen.
  • Providing additional office support and ad hoc assistance as needed.
  • Opportunity to learn SAP (not required initially).

About You:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar reception or admin role.
  • Confident with managing a shared inbox and delegating appropriately.
  • Strong organizational skills and eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Comfortable with fast-paced admin work.
  • Positive, professional, and reliable team player.
  • Previous experience with SAP or Salesforce is a plus but not required.
