The purpose of the role is to provide efficient and effective linen service duties, including production and distribution of linen-to-Linen Service clients, achieving efficiency whilst maintaining a safe work environment and delivering a balanced workflow that will meet our customer requirements.
About you
We are searching for someone who has:
- Demonstrated ability to effectively use automated machinery and some computerised equipment.
- Ability to develop collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders and team members and ability to effectively communicate and influence staff.
This is a manual handling position requiring you to be responsible for:
- repetitive manual handling of laundry items
- feeding linen into machines
- handling linen items
- sorting soiled linen.
