As an Operations Support Officer, you will be at the heart of delivering essential services to Queenslanders.
Some of your key responsibilities include:
- Working as part of a small team and liaising with a range of stakeholders to ensure the efficient operations of the unit.
- Delivering frontline customer service including investigating complaints and providing information and advice to customers and stakeholders.
- Administering the School Transport Assistance Scheme (STAS) and various passenger transport products including licencing, industry authorities and accreditations for passenger transport services.
- Assisting with performance monitoring of service contracts and accreditations.
- Maintaining your knowledge and understanding of procedural and legislative guidelines.
