The Company

Our client is a multi-site national business with ambitious growth plans to take a bigger slice of an industry that is rapidly growing. Due to this growth and some restructuring, they are currently looking for an interim solution to get them through a complex and in depth Audit.

The Role

As 2IC to the CFO, you will take charge of all Audit activities, direct and drive a comprehensive and multi-faceted finance team to deliver comprehensive Tier 1 reporting.

· Direct & review consolidated Group financial reports and Board reporting.

· Partner with senior stakeholders across a wide range of division to achieve synergy and accuracy for all reporting

· Caretake and guide a exceptionally talented and well qualified team to continue the outstanding deliver of reporting.

· Take charge of the engagement of the auditors, consultants, and key stakeholders to ensure statutory and regulatory compliance.

About You

To be considered for this opportunity you will have:

CA/ CPA, Big 4/ Mid-Tier exposure in Audit/ Corporate Finance

Proven experience in leading multi-disciplined teams in listed environments

Ability to self-drive and oscillate between competing priorities.

Evident EQ/ engagement skills, self-drive & direction and able to take a team on a journey.
