Senior / Lead .NET Developer – Full Stack | Tech-Focused Consultancy

Location: Melbourne (Hybrid – WFH + some client site work)

This is an opportunity to join a high-performing consultancy that designs and delivers clever, human-centric software solutions for major clients across industries. You'll be hands-on across the full SDLC and play a lead role in shaping architecture, collaborating with clients, and delivering scalable solutions.

What you’ll do:

Work directly with clients to design and build bespoke solutions that solve real business problems

Own the development lifecycle: from gathering requirements to delivery

Contribute to solution design and mentor offshore and onshore developers

Work with modern tech across a mix of cloud, web and data-focused projects

Drive innovation, efficiency, and clean architecture in everything you touch

What we’re looking for:

8+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer (.NET stack)

Deep experience with C#, .NET, MVC, Web API, SQL Server, Entity Framework

Cloud experience (Azure or AWS)

Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement ability

Bonus points for: React, Angular, Xamarin, SSIS, Machine Learning experience
