Fresh Outdoor is an award-winning North Shore business, proudly based in Chatswood, with a growing reputation for quality and innovation in custom outdoor living spaces.

As the 2024 Local Business Award Winner and 2025 Finalist, we specialise in delivering factory-customised pergolas, sunrooms, and modular sheds—manufactured in China and installed across Sydney with precision and care.

We’re now looking for a detail-oriented, hard-working Technical Project Manager to join our team and help us reach the next level.

🔧 What You’ll Do

Manage the post-sale technical process: site measurements, technical drawings, BOM (Bill of Materials) review, and installation coordination

Liaise daily with clients, installation teams, and our China-based factory to ensure smooth production and delivery

Conduct accurate on-site checks and ensure technical feasibility of the design

Translate customer needs and design intent into production-ready specifications

Oversee the progress of 8–10 active projects, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timeline and quality compliance

🧰 We’re Looking For

Solid experience in building, construction, or installation

Fluent in Mandarin and English — must be able to communicate with Chinese suppliers/factories

Excellent attention to detail, especially with measurements and drawings

Ability to read plans and communicate technical details clearly

Well-organised, accountable, and confident in managing multiple projects

Must hold a valid driver's licence and be based in or near Sydney’s North Shore

🧱 Experience in construction is essential, but full training will be provided.
