What You'll Be Doing:

You’ll mix frontline client care with vital back-office support, helping clients get their loans settled and their dreams realized.

· Be the warm, professional first impression for clients and visitors

· Help manage the loan settlement process from approval to funding

· Liaise with solicitors, brokers, lenders & clients to keep deals on track

· Keep everything organized—from email inboxes to CRM updates and office supplies

· Support the team with admin tasks like booking valuations, sending gifts, and keeping the office running smoothly

Who are you?

· You’re organised, switched-on, and love helping people

· You have a friendly, confident phone manner and a polished in-person presence

· You’re tech-savvy—comfortable with Microsoft Office and learning new systems

· Bonus points if you’ve worked in a mortgage, banking or admin role (but not essential)

· Most importantly: you’re eager to learn and ready to grow
