About the role

We are seeking an experienced receptionist to join our thriving dental clinic in Margate, 4019, Queensland. This full-time role will be an integral part of our dedicated team, providing exceptional customer service and efficiently managing our front-of-house operations.

What you'll be doing

Greeting patients and visitors warmly and professionally with a welcoming smile

Scheduling appointments efficiently and managing the clinic's booking system to maximize efficiency.

Handling patient inquiries and providing information about our services

Assisting with patient registration, insurance claims, and billing

Maintaining a tidy and organized reception area

Providing general administrative support to the dental team

Liaising with all the stake holders of the clinic.

Adhering to all practice protocols and procedures

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer service or reception role, preferably within a dental or medical environment

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional manner

Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

Proficiency in using dental practice management software and other office technology

A keen interest in the healthcare industry and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care with empathy
