Reverends Coffee is Brisbane’s bayside caffeine sanctuary. We roast our own beans, sling killer brunch classics, and keep the vibes easy like Sunday morning (even on Monday). Our brand-new Tingalpa café is firing up the griddle and we need a breakfast maestro to lead the charge.

The Gig

Run the breakfast line from crack-of-dawn prep to final pass (think 6a.m. prep, 6:30 a.m. service).

Execute and refine a tight menu of waffles, acai bowls, gourmet toasties, and the usual eggs-all-ways suspects.

Keep tickets moving—fast—without sacrificing that Insta-worthy plating.

Maintain spotless food-safety and hygiene standards; council audits don’t scare you.

Help shape daily specials and future menu tweaks.

Jump in on inventory, ordering, and occasional pastry bakes when required.

You Are

A breakfast or short-order pro with at least 2 years’ experience in busy cafés or hotels.

Calm on the tools, cool under pressure, and allergic to “that’ll do.”

An early-bird who loves finishing work before most people clock in.

Able to juggle pans, multitask like a champ, and keep a spotless station.

Current Food Safety / Use-Safe-Knife cert? Even better.

Hours & Location

Casual with full time hours; 30–38 hours across Monday–Sunday (no late nights—ever).
