Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate personal cook to join our household on Sundays. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing a traditional Sunday roast and conducting meal prep for the upcoming week, catering to the dietary preferences and needs of up to four adults.

Key Responsibilities

Sunday Roast Preparation: Craft a delicious and hearty roast meal each Sunday, ensuring it meets the family's taste preferences and dietary requirements.

Weekly Meal Prep: Plan and prepare a week's worth of meals, focusing on variety, nutrition, and flavour. Meals should be suitable for reheating and enjoyed throughout the week.

Grocery Shopping: Source fresh, high-quality ingredients from local markets or suppliers, adhering to any specified dietary restrictions or preferences. (Only if necessary).

Kitchen Management: Maintain a clean and organised kitchen

Menu Planning: Collaborate with the household to plan meals that align with dietary goals, preferences, and any special occasions.

Ideal Candidate

Proven experience in meal preparation and cooking, preferably in a private household or similar setting.

Strong knowledge of nutrition and ability to cater to various dietary needs

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Friendly, professional demeanour with a passion for cooking and service.

Schedule

Primary Workday: Sundays

Additional Hours: Flexibility for occasional adjustments based on family needs or special events.
