About the Company: A commercial construction company with a national presence, they have excellent client relationships and most of their work comes from repeat clientele. In WA they specialise in commercial and industrial design and construct projects ranging from $10-$50M. They have a team on the ground here in Perth and focus on delivering a couple of projects per annum.

They are currently looking for a Site Manager to join their WA business. They are looking for someone with proven experience delivering industrial projects and established relationships with the local supply chain.

Key Requirements:

• Trade Qualified carpenter or Tertiary Qualifications in Construction/Construction Engineering
• Proven experience as the lead Site Manager working start to finish on commercial projects $20M+
• Previous experience on industrial projects is preferred
• Proven experience as a Site Manager with a main contractor in commercial building is essential.
• Local experience and established relationships with the local subcontractor & supply chain
• Strong tenure with previous employers
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Tilt Panel Ticket is preferred.
