For 3 x Locally owned restaurants and a wholesale business.

The Namba group are searching for a part time bookkeeper that enjoys working with a dynamic and helpful team! It’s a part time position that is 2 – 3 days per week, that includes the general duties of a bookkeeper with a flare for excellent data entry skills.

The Position:

Data entry of receipts, use if xero, and your excellent attention to details allows you to thrive in this position as a part time employee.

Gathering receipts from each restaurant, you check off daily orders and receipts and your knowledge in AP and AR assists you to do this smoothly and efficiently.

Your previous experience in PAYG reports and balancing end of month is a must, however BAS and payroll is not yet a requirement.

You will work closely with management and communicate with vendors for accuracy of balancing where required.

This is a great position for a candidate who has had a minimum 2 years experience.

Combining that with a passion for detail the right candidate will flourish in the hospitality side of bookkeeping.

You will work closely with the management team, and assist with reporting where required.

Location in the city with a young and enthusiastic team!

Hourly rate to be confirmed depending on experience.
