Our client is the fastest growing cleaning company in Australia - they're seeking an exceptional door-to-door sales professional to join their high-performing team. This full-time role offers a competitive base salary of $75,000 plus superannuation, with an uncapped commission structure that can earn you over $150,000 in your first year! Your work will be based throughout Melbourne, VIC.

Key responsibilities

Identify and prospect new potential customers through door-to-door sales techniques

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions

Present product offerings in a compelling and persuasive manner

Negotiate and close sales to meet and exceed individual and team targets

Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities

Provide excellent customer service and follow-up to build long-term relationships

Collaborate with the broader sales team to share best practices and support each other's success

What we're looking for

Proven track record of success in a sales or customer-facing role, ideally in a door-to-door or direct sales environment

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers

Resilience, tenacity and a positive, results-driven attitude

Strong negotiation and closing skills

Excellent time management and organisational abilities

A team player who is willing to collaborate and share knowledge
