Your Responsibilities:

• Educate customers on the advantages of switching from ducted gas heating to ducted electric air conditioning units.
• Build strong relationships with customers and address any concerns they may have.
• Guide customers through government rebate options to help them save on energy costs.

What We’re Looking For:

• Hardworking and Results-Driven: Candidates must be committed to achieving targets and willing to put in the hard work required.
• Being Able to Meet Our KPIs: Meeting KPIs is crucial; failure to consistently hit targets may lead to termination.
• Experience in Phone Sales: At least 3+ years of phone sales experience, ideally in renewable energy, solar, or energy efficiency sectors.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Full-Time Position: 12-month contract with ongoing opportunities.
• Base Salary Package: $70k to $85k base salary package (based on experience), plus 11.5% superannuation.
• OTE Potential: Earn up to an additional $78,500 annually in uncapped commissions.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm, with a 45-minute lunch break.
• Location: Work from home, with one day in the office.
