Are you a driven sales professional with a background in HVAC, refrigeration, or commercial building services? Acro Refrigeration is looking for a skilled Commercial HVAC/R Sales Representative to help us lead the market in high-performance commercial refrigeration and air conditioning solutions.

ACRO Refrigeration has been keeping Queensland cool for over 50 years, servicing restaurants, hospitals, schools, medical facilities, and builders across Brisbane and the Gold Coast. We’re experts in cool room construction, commercial refrigeration, air conditioning, maintenance contracts, and 24/7 breakdown support.

We’re searching for a driven salesperson to take the lead on the Gold Coast. If you love building client relationships, closing deals, and selling essential services—you’ll love this role.

What You’ll Be Selling

Custom-built cool rooms & freezer rooms

Commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems

High-value preventative maintenance contracts

Emergency breakdown and repair services

Your Day-to-Day

Prospect builders, medical facilities, and hospitality venues

Quote and sell refrigeration + air con projects across SE QLD

Lock in long-term service agreements

Promote our 24/7 breakdown coverage

Own your pipeline and territory with support from our GC team

About You

Sales experience in refrigeration, HVAC, or construction

Networked with builders or facilities managers

Confident with site visits, quoting, and customer relationships

Independent, proactive, and driven to earn

Valid driver's licence and willing to travel across SE QLD
