We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced property manager to join our high profile and award-winning office. We have a great team culture that will support and provide you with an inclusive work environment where you will flourish.

The Position & Key responsibilities -

Manage an existing portfolio and strengthen relationships with both tenants and landlords

Coordinate and manage repairs and maintenance

Conduct outgoing and routine inspections

Conduct rent reviews and lease renewals

Monday to Friday

Above all else provide good client service to both tenants and landlords

Who we are looking for “The Must Haves” -

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a property management role

Experience using Property Tree or similar

Well organised with a great approach when dealing with people

Brilliant organisation skills with attention to detail

Current NSW Real Estate License

Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
