Job Title: Accounts and Administration Officer (Part-Time)
Company: Remote Electrical and Concrete Company
Location: Dawesville
Hours: 15 hours per week / 3 days 8.30am – 1.30pm (potential to increase)
About Us:
Remote Electrical and Concrete Company, operations managed from home office in Dawesville. We are seeking a reliable and experienced Accounts and Administration Officer to join our team on a permanent part-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Process daily job data records to generate invoices
Handle work order processing and maintain open work order reports
Coordinate staff onboarding for mine site mobilisation
Maintain and update staff records and asset registers
Manage bookings for flights and accommodation
Enter and manage data for accounts payable
Complete site access documentation accurately
Order parts and materials as required
About You:
This role requires a high level of independence and previous experience in a similar position. You’ll be comfortable handling a variety of admin and accounts tasks with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
Previous experience in an Accounts/Admin role
Proficiency in data entry and document management
Strong organisational and time management skills
Experience with Xero accounting software (advantageous)
Ability to multitask and prioritise
Available to start 2nd June
Available to work additional days/time as required
