Job Overview:
As a Service Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of our service operations, ensuring seamless coordination, exceptional customer support, and efficient administrative processes. You’ll work closely with our service team and clients to maintain high standards of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage service schedules, appointments, and work orders to ensure timely delivery of services.

Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Maintain accurate records, including service reports, invoices, and client communications.

Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., technicians, account managers) to ensure smooth workflow and client satisfaction.

Monitor service performance metrics and prepare reports for management.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for process optimization.

Qualifications:

2+ years' experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably in the trades sector

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused mindset.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

High school Year 12 or equivalent completion
