About the role
John Bellas Financial Services is seeking a dedicated Client Administration Officer to join our fun and dynamic team in the beautiful Bay suburb of Wynnum. As a part-time role, this position is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering detail orientated work, supporting their team members and our financial advisers.
What you'll be doing
Providing administrative support to our financial advisers
Preparing and submitting applications and following up same with product providers
Liaising with paraplanners to develop client advice documents
Responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
Maintaining accurate and up to date client records within our CRM
As part of a small team, be willing to help in all areas of the practice as and when needed.
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a client services or administration role within the financial services industry
Experience using XPlan or other similar software
Demonstrated attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and manage high volume workloads when needed
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent attention to detail
A commitment to providing high-quality customer service to our clients and maintaining confidentiality
Able to work both autonomously as well as part of a family like, small team environment
