Marketing Officer – Part Time
Salary: $92,785 - $100,038 per annum (pro-rata)
Plus up to 14.5% superannuation (conditions apply)
Permanent part time role – 20.5 hours per week (minimum four days)

Are you passionate about the community and creative marketing solutions? We’re seeking a part time Marketing Officer to join our marketing and communications team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects that directly impact our community.
As a key member of our team, you will:
Support various business units across the organisation to identify marketing needs to promote their activities, events and programs.
Help deliver a range of marketing and communication activities, including campaign planning, promotional strategies, publication production, and market research.
Develop and coordinate the delivery of a wide range of internal and external publications and marketing materials in collaboration with the communications and digital teams.
Provide advice and support to internal stakeholders on marketing strategy, brand consistency, and campaign execution.
What You’ll Bring
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative writing and proof-reading skills with the ability to adapt complex text to plain language.
A collaborative mindset and ability to work across diverse teams.
Experience with creating design briefs and developing marketing plans.
Confidence in working with social media and public relations experts to deliver seamless messages across traditional and digital platforms.
Attention to detail and the ability to maintain the integrity of brand and writing guidelines.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
A passion for public service and community-focused communication.
