Position Overview
We’re looking for a thoughtful, strategic, and creative Marketing & Communications Manager to help elevate our brand, enhance client engagement, and articulate the value of our client-first advice philosophy. This part-time role is ideal for a seasoned marketing professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and understands the nuances of financial services communication.
You’ll lead the development and execution of marketing and communications strategies that build brand presence, reinforce trust, and connect meaningfully with both current and prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Communications
Develop and implement communication plans that promote our services, values, and client success stories.
Ensure messaging across all touchpoints reflects our brand tone and client-centric approach.
Marketing & Content Development
Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing collateral, including brochures, newsletters, client reports, and website content.
Plan and manage the production of engaging, high-quality content that aligns with our values and supports client needs.
Digital & Social Media
Lead the firm’s social media strategy to deepen engagement, showcase thought leadership and attract new interest.
Monitor analytics and adapt strategies to maximise reach and resonance.
Brand Management
Maintain a consistent and professional brand presence across all channels, events, and communications.
Event & Campaign Execution
Plan and deliver targeted events including webinars, client briefings, and workshops.
Collaborate with advisers to develop campaigns that enhance visibility and value to clients.
Client Loyalty & Experience
Develop initiatives that strengthen client relationships and drive long-term advocacy.
Support programs that enhance satisfaction, retention, and referral.
Performance & Budget Oversight
Track key marketing metrics to measure success and identify opportunities for refinement.
Manage the marketing budget to ensure effective use of resources aligned with business objectives.
What You Bring
Proven experience in marketing and communications—preferably in professional services or financial advice.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
Ability to balance brand consistency with creative innovation.
