We now have an exciting opportunity for a People & Culture Administrator to join our collaborative and high-performing People & Culture team. As a core member of the team, you will provide administrative support to a diverse range of stakeholders at The Kids, with a focus on recruitment and onboarding. The role will work alongside experienced P&C Business Partners and gain insightful operational and best practice knowledge in employment practices.
We are seeking a positive and proactive individual who will assist with duties such as:
Managing the Recruitment Inbox and responding to general enquires relating to recruitment and onboarding.
Supporting our Talent Advisors with the end-to-end recruitment process, through duties such as advertising, arranging interviews, sending calendar invites, and reference checking.
Issuing new employment contracts, renewals and variation letters, and tracking acceptance.
Ensuring employees are compliant by monitoring Working with Children Checks and Police Clearances.
Assisting the team with projects and initiatives as required.
Conveniently based in our modern offices within Perth Children’s Hospital, this position will be offered on an ongoing, full-time basis.
About You
The successful candidate will ideally hold or are working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, and will possess the following skills:
A proactive, professional and customer-focused approach with the ability to influence and negotiate effective outcomes.
Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
Ability to build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, with strong interpersonal skills.
A collaborative, adaptable nature with the ability to show initiative to resolve day to day challenges.
Knowledge and experience in Human Resources with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
