About the role:

This traineeship offers a unique opportunity to develop practical skills and gain hands on experience in:

• Provide customers with a positive branch experience
• Engage in needs-based conversations with customers
• Provide advice and educate customers on digital solutions
• Teach customers on self-service ways of banking
• General banking and telling duties; money handling, facilitating transactions and ATM Maintenance

What we're looking for:

• Strong verbal communication skills and professional phone manner
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills, ability to take direction and work within a team
• Punctual, reliable and positive attitude, Customer service/ money handling experience (highly desirable)
• Identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander
• Prior to their formal offer, the successful candidate is required to undergo a Police Check.
