We are seeking dynamic and motivated Customer Service Professionals to express their interest in joining the Greater Bank or Newcastle Permanent teams across our branches in the Newcastle and Lake Macquarie regions. What will your key responsibilities include?
Act as first point of contact, positively interacting with customers and building strong personal relationships.
Identifying customer needs and offering appropriate solutions with our comprehensive range of products and services.
Strive towards achieving personal targets.
Work collaboratively to contribute to team and corporate performance expectations.
What are we looking for?
Previous retail customer service experience, ideally from banking, retail and hospitality industries.
Strong cash handling skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.
Friendly and engaging approach to customers to be able to quickly identify customer needs and promote appropriate products and services.
Able to build strong connections with customers and maintain professionalism, even in complex or challenging conversations.
Proficient computer skills, and the ability to learn new systems.
Positive attitude, with the ability to respond well within fast paced environment.
How will we help you succeed?
To complement your valuable existing skills, we will support your transition to the banking industry and help you succeed by providing;
12-week comprehensive training, including a one-week face-to-face induction at a full-time capacity;
Enrolment in our Strive program, designed to guide you in having meaningful conversations with our customers; and
Regular feedback sessions with your Branch Manager.
