About the role

Ispa kebab' is seeking a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service professional. Casual/ full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our valued customers at our Armidale, NSW location. Whether you're assisting with orders, handling inquiries, or ensuring a clean and welcoming environment, your dedication to delivering a positive customer experience will be essential.

What you'll be doing

Greeting customers warmly and promptly, ensuring a friendly and efficient service

Taking customer orders accurately and processing payments in a timely manner

Preparing and packaging food orders with care and attention to detail

Maintaining a clean and organised work area, including restocking and ensuring food safety standards are met

Responding to customer inquiries and addressing any concerns or feedback in a professional and courteous manner

Assisting with other tasks as required to contribute to the overall operation of the business

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, with a demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional service

Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure

A positive, team-oriented attitude and the willingness to contribute to the overall success of the business

Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, including evenings and weekends as required
