This company recognised as a global leader in the design and manufacture of hydraulic components—power take-offs, gear and piston pumps, motors, valves etc. Their solutions are trusted by large equipment manufacturers across automotive, transport, agriculture, mining, and mobile machinery. This is a rare opportunity in QLD:
You’ll be stepping into a territory that’s brimming with potential. While you’ll leverage the established network of the General Manager, you also have the rare opportunity to shape your own path—building new business, forging relationships, and making your mark in a market hungry for innovation.
You’ll be out on site, face-to-face with the teams that build the machines shaping tomorrow’s industries.
You’ll talk shop with engineers, designers, and production managers, bringing your technical knowledge and sales acumen to every conversation.
You’ll be the trusted advisor, the problem solver, and the one who connects the dots between cutting-edge hydraulic solutions and the people who need them most.
This is more than a sales role—it’s a chance to write your own story in a company that values excellence, innovation, and partnership.
Salary Expectations:
$100k - $120k + Super + Company Car (OR Allowance) + Bonus

Proven experience in external sales of hydraulic components or fluid power products
Technical background—mechanical engineering, trade, or relevant industry experience preferred
Strong account management and business development skills, with a track record of building and maintaining client relationships
Ability to work autonomously and manage a territory, with a hunter’s mindset for new business
Comfortable engaging with engineers, procurement teams, and senior management at large equipment manufacturers
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
