This entry-level casual role provides on-site support to schools located in Greater Sydney and the Central Coast.

This temporary casual role is for approximately 4–5 weeks and will require travel to and from our clients within Greater Sydney and or the Central Coast.

About the Role:
We’re seeking a tech-savvy, customer-focused individual to join our team of technicians and support them with an upcoming project. This position is perfect for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide on-site IT support to school staff and students

Perform general troubleshooting and proactive maintenance of IT equipment

Re-imaging devices

Assisting with the logistics of the project e.g. collecting devices and coordinating their return to users

Providing detailed reports of completed work to stakeholders

Ensuring project completion within timeframes and to expected standard

About You:

Available for casual work over a 4–5 week period starting 19/05/2025

Looking for entry-level IT experience

Passionate about technology and problem-solving

Friendly, reliable, and proficient customer service skills

Able to quickly learn and apply new IT skills

Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

NSW Driver’s License and access to a car – driving throughout greater Sydney will be required

Willing to obtain a NSW Working With Children Check and National Police Check
