Our client well-known for its Succession Law practice. The successful candidate will join a team of six Lawyers who are well supported by an administration team. After a couple of years of steady growth our client is seeking an intermediate to senior Estates Litigation Lawyer.

The firm has a wide range of longstanding clients, so immediate BD (business development) is not needed. You can expect quality matters with some challenging components so you can keep growing technically.

The firm offers a mature style workplace where this new hire will be encouraged and supported to work with autonomy. Flexibility is on offer and this new team member can choose to work full time or reduced hours/days.

Work mix includes:

• Meeting and advising clients;
• Litigation and dispute resolution for beneficiaries and estates: and
• A smaller component of the work mix estate planning and advisory including succession planning in trusts and superannuation.
