Cyclotek was established in 2001 and is the largest private radiopharmaceutical company in Australia & New Zealand. We manufacture of urgent and critical radiopharmaceuticals (sterile medicines) used for the diagnosis and therapy of a range of cancers, the diagnosis of alzheimer’s, dementia and other serious diseases. The manufacture of these medicines is under the regulation of the Therapeutic Goods Administration, on a just-in-time basis, manufacturing from midnight five days week. Our medicines are dispatched from the early morning hours and throughout the day to ensure timely delivery to hospitals and clinics across Australia & New Zealand ready for scanning.

The medicines Cyclotek manufacture are radioactive which requires experienced and highly specialised staff. The manufacturing process is time critical in the execution and delivery as radiopharmaceuticals cannot be stored and expire within hours of manufacture.

We now have a dispatch role available in our Parkville team and are seeking a physically active and fit individual for this position, as the role involves a significant amount of lifting.

About the Role

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Dispatch Team Member to join out manufacturing site in Parkville. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is physically fit, safety-focused, and looking for consistent, ongoing part-time work.

Key Responsibilities:

Heavy manual lifting (up to 20kg) and repetitive handling of goods

Preparing, labelling and dispatching orders ready for delivery

Packing and unpacking of specialised transport containers safely and accurately

Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment

Compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements

Customer deliveries (adhoc)

To be successful, you will have:

An attention to detail and accuracy with an ability to follow standard operating procedures

The ability to perform repetitive, physical tasks and be on your feet for extended periods

Strong organisational skills with the ability to work within deadlines

A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic and good interpersonal skills

The ability to work without direct supervision

Willingness to work in a radiation environment, all training will be provided

Full working rights in Australia and an unrestricted Australian Drivers License
