Dispatch & Packing Coordinator

We’re looking for a Dispatch & Packing Coordinator who is responsible for the accurate packing of online orders and wholesale orders. This role involves coordinating the timely dispatch of shipments, receiving goods into our warehouse and managing stock rotation within our storage. Involves standing, lifting, and moving packages up to 16kg throughout the day. You will also be required to use standard freight programs such as Star Track, Australia Post and Couriers to book freight jobs.

Salary: $30-$32 per hour plus super

Skills:

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily packing and dispatch operations to ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

Ensure products are packed securely and labeled correctly.

Prepare and verify shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, and shipping labels.

Communicate with couriers and transport providers to schedule and confirm pickups and deliveries.

Unpacking deliveries and stock rotation.

Work closely with office staff to prioritise urgent or time-sensitive orders.

Enforce health, safety, and cleanliness standards in the packing and dispatch areas.
