About the Role:

As a Factory Hand and Manufacturing Team Member, you'll play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, assisting with various tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with machine operation and setup.

Assisting our welders in Assembling, grinding and sanding products to highest standard

Assisting in Loading and unloading materials to Laser machine.

Performing quality checks on finished products.

Maintaining a clean and organised work area.

Adhering to all safety procedures and guidelines.

Supporting other factory tasks as required.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you'll ideally possess:

Previous experience in a Metal related or manufacturing environment (highly regarded but not essential).

Strong Mechanical Aptitude

A strong commitment to workplace safety.

The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Excellent attention to detail.

Physical fitness and the ability to lift and move materials as needed.

Reliability and a positive attitude.
