About the role:

The Support Officer is an integral part of the Construction and Maintenance team and provides a broad range of administrative and operational support. Key Accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Delivering a high standard of customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Assisting with procurement tasks including raising purchase orders and processing invoices
  • Providing administrative support in the areas of procurement, recruitment, training and Work, Health and Safety
  • Performing data entry, maintaining accurate records and generating reports
  • General office duties including filing, document preparation and administration tasks
  • Assisting with ad hoc duties as required, contributing to the smooth functioning of the business unit.

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent and relevant work experience
  • Well-developed customer service skills
  • Professional and can-do attitude
  • Organised with good time management skills and a focus on accuracy
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office and general technology
  • Ability and willingness to work a roster that is 7am until 4pm
  • A satisfactory National Police Certificate
  • Current ‘C’ Class Drivers Licence
  • Construction Safety Awareness Training (White Card)

About working with us:

The salary for this position will be from $69,915.13 – $83,592.84 per annum, depending on the skills and experience of the successful applicant.

The position is Fixed Term ends on the 2nd January 2026
