About the role:
The Support Officer is an integral part of the Construction and Maintenance team and provides a broad range of administrative and operational support. Key Accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
- Delivering a high standard of customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Assisting with procurement tasks including raising purchase orders and processing invoices
- Providing administrative support in the areas of procurement, recruitment, training and Work, Health and Safety
- Performing data entry, maintaining accurate records and generating reports
- General office duties including filing, document preparation and administration tasks
- Assisting with ad hoc duties as required, contributing to the smooth functioning of the business unit.

The successful candidate will have the following:
- Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent and relevant work experience
- Well-developed customer service skills
- Professional and can-do attitude
- Organised with good time management skills and a focus on accuracy
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and general technology
- Ability and willingness to work a roster that is 7am until 4pm
- A satisfactory National Police Certificate
- Current ‘C’ Class Drivers Licence
- Construction Safety Awareness Training (White Card)
About working with us:
The salary for this position will be from $69,915.13 – $83,592.84 per annum, depending on the skills and experience of the successful applicant.
The position is Fixed Term ends on the 2nd January 2026
