About the role

We live and breathe great customer service, and as part of this role you'll be joining a team of seasoned customer service professionals. Predominantly an on the phone role, you will find yourself working within an exciting technology niche with a wide variety of technical challenges and problems to solve. The day to day tasks are responding to customer inquiries, guiding users in the operations of our product and troubleshooting potential issues.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone and email

Listen and understand customer inquiries and concerns, and provide timely and effective solutions

Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues

Continuously seek to improve customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions

Requirements

Confidence in speaking with people should make any candidate a potential fit for this role:

Exceptional communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanour

Experience in a help desk environment and dealing with complex problems

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Love technology and customer service

Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively

You must be an Australian citizen or permanent-resident. This is an in-office full-time role
